Your driver meets you inside arrivals at your Gatwick terminal with a name board. Meet and greet is optional. Without it, your driver phones you on arrival to agree a pickup point. If you are changing airports on the same day, build in more slack than you think you need. The M4 and M5 around Bristol are reliable outside peak hours but the stretch past Almondsbury can hold you up badly in the afternoon. We would rather set off early and have you waiting comfortably airside than cut it fine.

Temple Meads and the university

Temple Meads has a defined drop-off area and the driver will take you to the door rather than the multi-storey. For the university precinct around Clifton, the roads are narrow and often one way, so we will agree a sensible stopping point rather than attempting the closest possible address.
