Fixed-fare airport, local and long-distance taxis across the UK

As early as you can, especially for an early-morning flight or a cruise embarkation. We take same-day bookings when a car is free, but booking ahead is the only way to guarantee the vehicle size you need.

Yes. The fare is agreed before you travel and does not change with traffic, demand or how long the journey actually takes.

Tolls, the Congestion Charge, the Dartford Crossing, Clean Air Zone charges and airport charges are all inside that fare. There is nothing extra to hand the driver for them.

Three, and all of them are optional or avoidable: Meet & Greet inside arrivals at a fixed £7, waiting time beyond the free period, and the peak-period surcharge over Christmas and New Year.

Anything chargeable is set out before you book. Nothing is added afterwards without telling you.

There is no night surcharge. A 3am pickup costs the same as a 3pm one.

A 50% surcharge applies over two festive periods only: 24 December from 18:00 to 26 December 23:59, and 31 December from 18:00 to 1 January 23:59.

At an airport, the first 60 minutes after your flight lands are free, whatever the flight. After that it is £20 an hour, charged pro-rata.

At any other pickup you get 15 minutes from the booked time, then the same £20 an hour pro-rata.

We track the inbound flight and move the pickup to match it, so a delay does not cost you the car.

Give us the arrival flight number when you book, not the departure one. If your flight is significantly delayed or diverted, let the office know as well so we can re-plan the driver.

Cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and the fee is £7 or 10% of the fare, whichever is higher.

Inside 24 hours, or if nobody is there for a booked pickup, no refund is issued. A cancellation only counts once you have written confirmation from us, so cancel by email or phone and keep the confirmation.

Through the office, the website or by email — never directly with the driver. Changes agreed at the roadside are not on our system and can invalidate the insurance on your journey.

Saloon 4 passengers and 2 cases. Estate 4 and 4. Executive 4 and 2. MPV 6 and 4. Eight-seater 8 and 8.

Tell us the real number of cases when you book. A driver cannot take more than the vehicle is licensed to carry, and luggage has to be secured in the boot.

Child seats are available on request and there is a wheelchair-accessible vehicle in the fleet. Pets travel in an appropriate carrier.

All three have to be flagged when you book so we send the right car.

Card, processed securely through Revolut and Stripe. We do not store your card details ourselves.

If you book Meet & Greet, yes — the driver waits in arrivals with a name board and helps with the bags, for a fixed £7 extra. Otherwise the driver will direct you to the pickup point.
