The hospital work is steady: Leicester Royal Infirmary in the centre, Glenfield to the west and Leicester General out at Evington. If someone is being discharged or has limited mobility, say so and we will plan for it rather than improvise.
Leicester station is a five-minute job from most of the city but a frequent one, particularly for early departures towards London or Birmingham. We cover it at any hour, in either direction.

Roads in and out of Leicester

The M1 at junctions 21 and 21a is the main artery, with junction 21 also feeding the M69 down to Coventry and the M6. The A46 sweeps round the east of the city towards Newark and Lincoln, the A6 runs north to Loughborough and south to Market Harborough, and the A563 outer ring road carries most of the cross-city traffic.
The honest local point is that junction 21 is the pinch. It is where the M1, the M69 and the A563 all meet, and on a bad weekday afternoon it can add twenty minutes to a journey that is otherwise motorway all the way. We build that into pickup times rather than into the fare.
