Gatwick South Terminal Taxi and Transfers

Gatwick charges a minimum of £10 for 10 minutes in a drop-off zone, then £1 per additional minute, capped at £30 for a maximum 30-minute stay. We include the charge in your fixed fare.

Gatwick provides an Express Pick-Up area for South Terminal at Car Park 3, ground floor. Drivers have to stay with the vehicle there, so we time the collection to your landing. If you prefer to be met inside arrivals with a name board, ask when you book.

Use RH6 0NP for Gatwick South Terminal, leaving the M23 at junction 9.

South Terminal handles British Airways, Ryanair, Jet2, Wizz Air, Vueling, Norwegian, Turkish Airlines, TAP Portugal, Air France, Air India, Air Europa, Norse Atlantic, Iberia Express, Aegean, Pegasus, Kenya Airways, China Southern, Croatia Airlines and Sky Express, among others. TUI is split by flight number: TOM from North, BY from South.

A free shuttle runs between North and South Terminals around the clock and takes about two minutes, so it is recoverable. Tell us the terminal printed on your boarding pass when you book and we will drop you at the right one.

We track your flight by number and move the pickup to the actual arrival time. A delay outside your control does not change your fare.

Yes. Every driver holds a current private hire licence and works under our operator licence. We are an independent operator and not affiliated with the airport’s own official provider.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to be eligible for a refund, and refunds are subject to a £7 or 10% administration fee, whichever is higher. No refund is issued where notice is under 24 hours, or where the passenger does not show up. To cancel, email or call us and wait for written confirmation; until you have that, the booking still stands.
