Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and must be made via our office, website, email, or telephone to ensure confirmation.

Important: If you need to cancel your booking, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice to be eligible for a refund (subject to administration fees).

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak periods such as holidays and festive seasons when demand is high.

Inbound Journeys: If your flight is significantly delayed, you must inform Minicabees as soon as possible.

Waiting Time: For airport pickups, the first 60 minutes after the aircraft lands are free. After this hour, waiting time is charged at £20 per hour (pro-rata).

Amendments: All changes must be made through Minicabees via email or telephone and will be confirmed in writing. You must not arrange amendments directly with drivers to ensure insurance coverage remains valid.

Cancellations: You can cancel your booking by submitting a request via email. The cancellation is only valid once you receive written confirmation from Minicabees.

Refund Eligibility: At least 24 hours' notice is required for a refund, subject to a £7 or 10% administration fee (whichever is higher).

Payments are made securely through Revolut and Stripe using industry-standard security protocols. Minicabees does not store full card details.

You may choose to save your card details with these payment processors for future use. Saved cards can be removed at any time.

Additional Charges: Online quotes do not include tolls. These can be paid directly to the driver or charged to your card upon request. With your consent, charges for Meet & Greet services or amendments may also be applied to your original payment method.

The Terms & Conditions do not explicitly mention the availability of child seats. However, customers are responsible for ensuring the vehicle booked has enough capacity for all passengers and luggage.

Notice Required: At least 24 hours' notice is required for a refund.

No Refunds are issued if:

• Notice is less than 24 hours
• The passenger fails to show up for a pre-paid booking
• The cancellation is not approved by Minicabees
